The installation is the typical installation of every joomla extension. Into the vmf folder there are the com_vmFiltering and the mod_vmFiltering.
Go to: Extensions -->Install/Uninstall-->Browse to find one of these files in your hard drive and then press Upload File & Install.
*Do the same for the other File.
